Reported previously. We would love to fix this, but we don't know how to reproduce it. Simply blocking the cow in does not work, and by design the babies should spawn inside the bounding box of the mother if it finds no room elsewhere.

Well, attached picture that should explane you how it is happening. Can't get good cow position, but look into bull position :)
