So my alt was knocked out by bats, and had 1 SHP. I was trying to get to a guy's charterstone to travel along it. (This was a strangers base.) Forgot i had 1 SHP and got knocked out, and got a concussion wound. I just noticed this means you can DIE from doing that over and over. Bug?

How will this be a bug? Do not doing these crimes if you will not suffer the pains of it.

You need take damage from criminal acts when you have things in your equipment slots like a shovel or nettle clothing etc. I don't think its a bug???

You always take SHP damage from crimes, regardless of your equipment.

We are saying it doesn't matter if you have things equipped or not you ALWAYS take damage from doing criminal acts.
