agree some rephrasing is necessary plz wad explain what you mean, why can't you destroy it? Can you not theft the item out or just vandal to destroy the entire thing?

I just don't understand why you wouldn't be able to theft it, I guess it is possible that your own visitor debuff behaves strangely with an object owned by someone else but to check that you could just walk outside the walls right there and try to steal/destroy it again.

Should destroying things on your own claim be scent free? Yeah I think it should but we both know that isn't how the game always works such as you can destroy a hearth fire on a personal claim without scents but not a village claim.

If it is at all possible to remove the item or destroy the leanto even if you have to leave scents to it I don't see how someone would be punished for that. If it is impossible to theft/destroy even with criminal acts then yes it's a bug and punishment should be involved.

few questions/ideas

1: was it build before the claim was there?
2: was it build before the claim was activiated?
3: if it is on your claim, just bash it down, finish the wall. and noone will be able to get to the scents anyway. soo what stops you?
4: build around it? aaaand then destroy it at your leaisure and then close the gap afterwards?
5: as to why you should outlaw to do this? cuz its haven, stop crying over spilled milk and man up to people being dicks.
