Few possible bugs.

The worst monsters in the Hearthlands warp the fabric of space and time...

Few possible bugs.

Greetings, fellow lings.

I am new to this game and so far I like it big time. :) Nevertheless, a number of small troubles slightly spoil the impression of the game, following:
1) Game crushes without a bug report. I have noticed that it occurs when I do activities such as walking, chopping, etc. In other words, when I don't do anything and leave my client overnight - it works just fine. The problem occurs no matter which client I use: amber or the original one.
2) I subscribed, took a hat from my hearthfire, but, apparently, convenience bonus and development rate don't work. I did dozens logins/logouts, but all in vain.

Thank you for your attention.

1) If the game crashes without an error report that means that java crashed, and that it should have produced an error report of its own somewhere in the deeper recesses of its installation.

2) What indication do you have that you are not receiving the applicable bonuses?

1) Can you suggest, please, how can I check it and what can I do?
2) The problems is gone, it took 1 hour for bonuses to activate.

Your Intel GPU is running 32-bit drivers. This opens a few questions:

A) What GPU or graphics card do you have installed? Some Intel GPUs have compatibility issues with OpenGL that were never fixed, and certain setups with Nvidia graphics end up with the integrated graphics being used instead of the expansion graphics processor. If I recall right, you can change the way this works in the Nvidia driver utility.

B) What operating system are you running? If you're on a 32-bit OS, you may need to upgrade. A few of those problems with Intel GPUs were driver related and were fixed for 64-bit systems, but not the older 32-bit sysstems. If you have a 64-bit OS, you may have gotten the 32-bit version of Java by default. Java detects browser version and uses that to determine best download for you, but IE is 32-bit, and therefore your actual browser you use is the 32-bit version. Manually download the 64-bit version of Java here.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.
