Possibly Bug with Personal Claims (?)

Character "A" builds a new (2nd) Claim, can't finish it because he doesn't have enough lp, however all the materials are in.

2 days later Character "A" has enough lp left over.
Character "B" now walks to the building site and finishes the build. Character "A" gets deducted the 4k lp for the claim and is the new claim owner. The Claim Symbol in the study interface however is given to Character "B". Not sure if that is intended or not.

The character that finished the claim should have lost the LP not the one that placed it initially, are you sure Character "A" lost the LP even though Character "B" built the claim and received the bond? Also note that the bond is not actually owned yet by Character "B" and he will begin to study it, you can simply give it back to Character "A"

Yes I'm sure Character A paid the LP cost. Character A also owns the claim. I did notice that character B started studying the bond, takes quite a while though.
