Possible bug with conditional liftability

Postby Hasta » Fri May 27, 2016 1:20 pm

A Cheese Rack is liftable while empty, and can't be lifted if has a cheese tray placed inside. However, if you destroy a house with a filled Cheese Rack inside, it pops out and becomes liftable (with trays inside). So, if the same mechanic applies to, say, an occupied loom, that could be quite a fun possibility of creating Trojan Boats with "loomed" warriors inside, left to be stolen on a shore by a pretend careless noob etc.

Don't have a spare house to investigate further, though. Please someone check.

Or carry this trojan boat through a gate and probably not getting visitor for this loom player.

You don't actually move with the loom if someone carries it around. Your character stays where the loom was when you got in it. I assume it's like this for everything you can sit on

Nothing but speculation here as far as I can tell.

you really want them checking to see if they can glitch the visitor debuff and fucking people i think its safe to say that the developers could check something like this in a controlled environment because if its true it could lead to some pretty shitty consequences

I get a lot of bug reports that are entirely speculative. I try to consider them when they pertain to serious matters, but I can't spend inf time chasing ghosts either, however scary they may be rumored to be.

I've had this issue before myself but it didn't seem like it happened all the time. Does it depend on its location?
