'Plant grass' works on pavement.

You can plant grass directly on paved tile, thereby turning it to grass. No digging, plowing, stomping or anything else required.

It has ALWAYS been that way.

Correct is: only adventure->dig works in caves to remove pavement - Plant Grass and Stomp to Dirt works above ground.

why shouldn't it work? to make u stomp to dirt before planting grass and work more for just planting grass?
