M8, what he means is like, 1 full barrel = 1 full food trough, but if you get a full barrel and right click a food trough even missing unit of fodder, it will eat the whole barrel of seeds.

I used barley. But have noticed it on poppies. Count yourself:
161.9 food points of space

306 points of food in barrel

Where had 144 points gone?


When I noticed this bug first time I poured 9000 poppies seeds in half filled trough, so approximately 4k of seeds has gone in the bug haven. I have no time to collect a new full barrel just to waste it again, so check it with big quantities yourself, please.
