Apparently you can turn sandcliff into mountain terrain:
1. pave a sandcliff tile.
2. dig over said tile.
3. terrain reverts back to mountain.
Not exactly a bug, but the possibility of doubling the size of mountains with a dig-pave-dig bot doesn't feel right either.
