My Character is gone

Well maybe its something really obvious that im missing but i have 4 character on one account, but in the character selection menu it only shows 3.

the character isn't dead or something because his HF is still burning.

it's not a character with 200+ stats or anything i just want to know if i did something wrong or what.

Log into the forum with that account and go to the Account, all alive characters are listed there.
