Turning on and off interface

I'm not sure what happened but my Icon, run, walk, sprint and hunger/stam and health interface is missing from my screen. nothing on the top left at all is there. Checked thru the controle settings, did I miss something?

Any help thankful

PS: I just looked again and there is in-fact nothing at the top of the screen, everything at the bottom is right where it should be but the top is void of any interface.
