4 days ago there was a murder.
Character with 291 Per and 90 exp havent seen Stench of Murder and charecter with 34 per 5 exp didnt see Stench of Murder too, that is logical, realy
But today Stench of Murder were seen by character with 34per*5exp, while a character with 291 Per*90 Exp still didn't see them yet.
Stench of Murders were picked up by character with lower per*exp.
After that i have update my amber client.
Stench of Murders now are invisible for both of charecters again

higher perc*exp gives higher chance of seeing it, not always 100% until you're equal to or higher than the perps int/stealth.
Yes, lower tracking chars have a chance of finding it as well, but it's a much lower chance.
