i did some testing with this, to see how high i could get the bar, but only the initial attack was bringing it over 200%. using opportunity knocks brings the bar back down to 100%
the car's on fire and there's no driver at the wheel
and the sewers are all muddied with a thousand lonely suicides
and a dark wind blows
