Government banners and Personal Claims

I'm not too sure if this is a oversight or a bug. Any Government banner or personal claim can now be destroyed with no scent left. I've destroyed 3 personal claims out in the wild and 2 Government Banners. None gave me a Red handed buff, also I did not leave a trespassing or a Vandalism scent. You would think that you would at least get these when you destroy something that isn't your or if you're not part of the guild you are destroying.

I get that. But I'm sure the village who had the Government banners had authority. As far as the personal claims go I'm not to sure about. But I should have got a trespassing scent.

Most likely they're both out of their authority so you don't leave any scent at all, feel free to pillage destroy and rape whatever you want ;p

I strongly suspect that the claims were out of authority/presence, and if not I am going to need steps to reproduce.

They claim ya maybe. I'm sure the AD Government Banners had authority. They only thing I did was walk up to the banners with a 80+ average pick ax and clicked destroy. I got no scent for vandalism and you would think that if you destroy a Government banner you would at least get that.

The AD realm doesn't exist anymore, it was destroyed. So the banners can be destroyed.
