Realm auth

Sometimes realm is not getting authority from xp events. I got carrying light lore event but realm didnt get single point of authority. Character was oathed to realm, in area of realm, and has HF in area of realm as well.
I'm not sure that I have a strong argument against sketch colors - Jorb, November 2019

If a character is receiving that lore event for the very first time it does not count towards the auth
