Liver & Onions/Steak & Tubers no longer craftable.

Description:
The option to craft "Liver & Onions" and "Steak & Tubers" no longer displays in the crafting menu.

Steps to replicate:
Equip a frying pan.
Light a fire.
Open the menu: craft->food->meat dishes->liver & onions"
Observe no button displays.

Notes:
Replicated on both primary and secondary characters.
Replicated on both Amber client and Vanilla.
Both primary and secondary characters could craft both items a few days ago.
Hotkeys also do not work.

Added "Red Onion". Red Onions are a type of Onion. All recipes previously requiring yellow onion will now rather ask for any onion. You will need to rediscover onions.

You probably have to rediscover onions on your characters. Also worth noting that you'll need to rediscover flour as well.

To make this question more general, try to look through patch notes as they come out. When recipes are changed or added, you usually have to go through the discover process for certain items again.

While the devs are on a farming and crafting update kick, it might be worth it to leave one of each crop in the ground or other methods of rediscovering materials when you log back on after a patch.
