Custom sketch disappears

I guess I'll throw this in here too. But the custom image sketch disappeared when I applied it my knarr last night. It may me sad should I attempt to get a refund? Or can the gods fix this?

They are meant to be consumed when they are applied

well i mean in the construction window it was 1/1 i come back it was 0/1

when i finished building the knarr no image appeared

Oh, did you take a while to complete your knarr? What might have happened is it took a decay tick (if you were on unclaimed ground). And since the sketch is at the top of the build order it would be the first thing to decay. Rather inconvenient circumstance. Perhaps if you PM jorb or loftar about the circumstances they might take pity upon you. But, historically, I know they take a pretty hard stance against item restoration because they don't want to establish a precedent for such.

This is it. Hard to fix/not a bug. Might want to build the sketch in when completing the Knarr, or such.

Perhaps, put it at the bottom of the list instead seeing as it is often the most valuable component? A knarr takes many inventories full of materials, so it would not be easily forgotten. Or maybe in the middle?
