Cannot Move More Than Once Without Changing Window Size

I cannot move unless I change my window size. After I change it, I can move once. Then I have to change it again, and so on and so forth. I have Intel graphics, and I have installed the 64-bit java as is recommended for Intel graphics people. I also cannot interact. I don't know if I'm just being stupid or if something is wrong. Please help!

it doesn't seem to want me to send click2, I add the attachment but it just disappears. What the people are talking about in the thread sounds exactly like my problem.

I guess that confirms yet again that this is indeed a 32/64-bit issue, at least. That is good to know.
