I can see some of you have never actually been in a cave. There is almost always wind moving one way or another. It's how they measure how big the cave system actually is. Larger caves with small entrances can move a lot of air with air pressure changes in the atmosphere.

Now, is there enough wind to move a windmill? No, unless it's one of the handful of known exceptions where there are very strong winds in and out of the cave.

I'll go with MrPuncher''s theory. That or cave wolves that huff and puff and can blow a house down.
