Oven - Baked food

Watching at the oven my baked food got istantly from unprepared to burned. Idk if some weird combinations of qualities can cause this or it's only a bug....let me know, Thx.

Now my Oven is working normally....Loftar don't waste time on this, probably is my bad (90%), in case it will happen again i will let you know....

This might be a dumb question, but are you watching the right timer? The first timer counts down while the food still has the unbaked sprite. When it finishes, it starts another counter over a sprite of the baked item--if this timer completes, the item burns and turns to ash. It sounds like you might be waiting for the second timer unknowingly?

Yeah probably is what happened to me, but would be very weird cause it's not the first time i bake food.....i'm not still sure of what happened, probably an oversight....but not completly sure about.
I' m pretty sure that i put my 4 sticks as fuel and the food didn't baked...so i putted more, thinking they have changed how much fuel is required and then watch them istantly burn out....but i cannot remember if i was watching at the dough or at the finished product.....probably i was only a bit tired. idk.

Are you using a custom client? I've seen certain things (like progress bars NOT in the vanilla client) only update when the container is open. For me it's trees on herbalist tables. But if I open the table at 98% or 99%, the progress bar stays even AFTER the tree sprouts. So perhaps the progress bar got stuck at the moment you opened the oven?
