Game Crashes (Almost) Immediately After Startup

A few seconds beyond hitting "log in" after running from the Java file on my desktop, the entire game screen is black minus bits of the UI and the starting dialogue and the music is playing while the file claims to be downloading the map. The music seems to be buffering and lagging. The game then crashes without any residue at all. No log, no crash report, just crashes. I can take more screenshots if needed. In fact, I already made an Imgur album about it.
I personally do not know if the game creates logs or has shortcuts or anything, because if it did the issue might've been resolved by now.
Windows 7, Intel(R) HD Graphics card. Java Version 8 Update 111.
ltc_game64-114279.dll is not present on my PC.
EDIT: It only crashes during "Downloading Map", and I know that in the screenshots it says something else, but that is the crash condition.
EDIT!: I HAVE DISCOVERED THE ISSUE I can't play the game in the end :'D oh well.

Wasn't that some weird AMD driver thing? I can't seem to be able to find the threads right now, but I believe it was solved by... uninstalling some useless companion program that came with the driver, perhaps?

You're using an AMD graphics card and installed Raptr and plays.tv along with the drivers, didn't you? There's been all kinds of problems around these two pieces of software. Ditch them and don't go back. Uninstall Catalyst and everything else that was installed with your drivers. When you go to reinstall, make sure you deselect these two as they're checked to install by default.
