Im not sure if this is actually a bug but it seems that in W10 that anything off the claim it decaying at a much faster rate like I built a fence and a tanning tub within 30min they are decaying anyone else having this happen?

Decay is random, it might look blazing fast at times while at others it seems to be disabled.

Also worth noting that actively playing in an area keeps the decay ticks coming. Leaving the area causes the decay to stop once the map section unloads. If you're staying busy in the one small area and haven't gotten a claim up yet, you're going to notice this more than when you were out wandering for lengthy times hunting and foraging and had a claim over everything you wanted protected.

Decay is not predictable. Not a bug.
