I have also abandoned lot of bad ones, but i havent got eny new quests in hour or so.

Might take time for a new quest to show up when one simply drops all that are not convenient.
Would at least do when I would have to code it so it can't be gamed that easy...

If you drop quests it may be a while before you get new ones. If you character is reasonably experienced it may also be a while before you get new ones. You can Commune with nature if you absolutely must have a new one.
