i discovered everything needed for it and i got the mining skill

still cant build it..

Maybe you need tunneling?

or then you either didnt discover all materials or cant just find a icon to build it

You might have lost one discovery or another in the rollbacks.
I think it's made of bubbles and hate.

Every time I've gotten a bug report like this it's been user error, so...

Suspect user error.

no it was beacause i had to rediscover rope due to rollback or idk
