there was nothing , and then all of the sudden I started taking hit from something invisible , apperently a walrus since it crossed the water ( I was on a boat ) and it was hitting like a truck and then killed me and the image froze there with me dead in mid air , nothing moved or updated.
Fix your shit man!

Maybe you just had slow internet connectiion and it took time to download the res file.
I'd suggest to call your ISP and tell them that you got killed by invisible walrus because of them.

yes , actually , I don't think that the res files were that heavy.

It could also been some server side issue or combination of issues that it just took a bit longer to download it than usually.
One could say that its an issue that you cannot see dangerous animals for some time when you encounter them for first time.
But I've understood that devs dont quite like the idea of pre-downloading res files and such.

res file is not heavy but routers do have problems out there, DDoS attacks, or simple congestion is enough to break the player experience...
