Shovel does not get taken out of the belt when digging up stumps.

The likely cause is that taking out the shovel would force two tools out of your hands and you don't have room on the belt to place both of them there.

That's not the case. I've had a single stone axe not switching to shovel when digging up stumps. I think pickaxe switches to stone axe even if you got a shovel in the belt too, but I'll check that when server comes back online.

Just checked, it just doesn't switch from pickaxe to anything either.

nope, same as above, I only had a stone axe in my hand, because I'd already failed to take out a scythe when I had 2 and discovered the issue, it seems to be because you use the destroy command to dig up stumps.
