Nettlepants gilds are not doing anything. they arnt adding stats.

You can only get bonuses from guildings up to twice of your actual stat.

For instance, i have 2 Survival, and am getting 3 from my guildings, buy my Survival is only at 4, because my Survival can't surpass twice it's actual amount via guildings.

Not a bug.

Nevertheless, the effect deserves is obscure as it isn't communicated to the player.
Maybe show something like
