My Account seems broken

Greetings gentlemen,

I played H&H at the end of 2015 and had to leave for personal reason (don't take that wrong).
Now i remembered this nice game and wanted to play again.

I had a verified and subscribed account back then.
The verification stayed as expected, but now i subscribed again and it doesn't work ingame.
At the website my account was statet as subscribet but not verified.
I can't view the stats of my character from the Web either.

I tried to verify again to solve the problem somehow (i like to trow money to fix things ) but it hasn't worked.

May i ask to revisit my account and bring everything in line again?

Verify that your account name is correct. Capitalization is important here (many sites ignore it, the login system here doesn't).

In the mean time, we'll see about getting it straightened out.

problem found.
I checked the name of the Account i logged into the game.

This is the Account i played.

So i upgraded an other account

Edit:
seems that i made two accounts back then. i dont remember why, but now i tricked myself with it.

As a punishment for this fail, i will buy this account subscription too. More Money thrown at you

Account deletion is not supported. Is there any reason why you want to delete the account, rather than just not use it? :)

I fear that this problem could strike me again in the future because i usually use the speedfreak3 as my account name every time. I was so used to having that name for a long time that i never thought about this faux pas. the login from 2015 was still saved on my pc so i skipped right into the game with this account (Using amber client).

Regardless of that, i will do some preparations for my future self
