Account Verification gone?

I verified my account at some point in 2015 or 2016, but my account no longer seems to be verified. I have bought various hats, and they can be received from my hearth fire, but the Green Hero's Cap seems to be gone, as well as the extra row of inventory space. Why is this?

Edit: This is not the account the purchase was made for. That account does not have the verification.

Well, that's not the problem. The account I made the purchase for doesn't have it. That statement was made to ensure that if any mod checks my account, this is not the account to check for.

Sorry, I thought you meant you realized you checked the wrong account. As I said, we all make mistakes.

I suggest you try to dig up any receipt of the purchase (paypal history, email, etc.) just in case.

Jorb seems to have relatively good track record when it comes to customer service. IIRC there was thread where somebody accidentally purchased two subscriptions and Jorb refunded the wrong one.

It could also have helped to post with the account that has the problem, as nothing in your statement even hints at which account to look at - I have a problem but I don't tell you where is most likely not yielding a positive outcome.

Why didn't I think of that? This thread keeps bamboozling me (can't think of better word.)

OP should consider sending Private Message (PM) to jorb (memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=54) from the affected account if he doesn't want to "expose" it.

Shoot me a pm and tell me which account you're talking about. I poked around myself but couldn't figure out which one you were referring to.
