Cant enter minehole even with Black skills

Hi so i have a cave with mine holes to level 3 ... My level 1 leading to level 2 mine hole is unclaimed ... My level 2 leading to 3 mine hole is claimed but this claim is not mine it belongs to a friend who died and stopped playing (so i have no kin with him anymore)

My problem here is that i can not go into the level 3 mine hole even with criminal acts on.. i have all black skills except siege craft...

If there's a palisade or other wall around it then you're getting visitor debuff when you pass through the gate which prevents you from doing any criminal acts while inside of the palisade, if it's a stick fence you can break the fence quite easily with vandalism and you'll be able to enter it.

Can I assume you have a visitor debuff active? Otherwise I do not know.
