Claim Presence not reaching max

Over the last week, when I log in I am given an alert (might be feature of Amber's) that my claim shield is low. I check using the inspect tool on the ground and it tells me too. It started at around 20k and had slowly risen to 40k, until today when it fell back down to 33k. I log in every day and am constantly studying curios and my presence is always filled and the area around me is barren and very rarely visited as well as none of my stuff being worth value stealing, so I can not see a reason for the loss of Claim Shield.

Are you expanding the claim at all? Increasing the claim size lowers the shield, the amount it lowers depends on how much you extend it.

Resolved. Not a bug.
