Animal Didn't Tame

I was slapping an Auroch around and after beating him he just walked away...

I had to re clover him to hitch it again as I couldnt leash him until I did.

It was like it just resorted back to its wild stat, as anyone encountered that before?

It's a glitch with the hitching posts , sometimes they can not leash the animal properly so it reset the process

I couldnt even leash the auroch with a rope let alone go anywhere near a hitching post. I just got immediatly get'Trashes around widly' system message

yeah the animal went wild again , the clover caused it to reset into taming mode after it went wild again , it's wierd i konw but it happend to me last world aswell with 2 cows
