Character stuck in cave river

I was swimming across a cave river and my character got stuck along the wall and died, and now I can't get the body because it's stuck in the wall. Is there any way this issue can be resolved? Never had anything like this happen before the push out update

if was me id try to mine around it and see if that works (distory the walls next to body)

Don't want to cause a cave in and make the situation worse, plus it's only accessible from water

There have been several reports over time about characters being unable to exit from deep water in caves, leading to drowning.

None that I can recall, or have written down, though. Would love some steps to reproduce.
