Crash by dragging combat moves

If you drag a combat move out of the combat tab and right click an inventory item it crashes the game. Tested in vanilla to verify.

Discovered when I was trying to make a combat scroll, it seems kind of logical that it should give the "incribed scroll" option if done on parchment as well as the current system.

Can't reproduce, so I assume it has been fixed.
