Account login issue

My friend [removed] says he can't log into the game--or even this website/forum. Obviously I'm not asking for his password, but what can be done for him? Can you reset his pass and send a new one via email? He says he gets an error message saying the username is already taken, and if he tries to submit a password change request it says his name/account doesn't exist :/

Sounds like he's on the registration page when he should be on the login page, no?

There is a password reset form on the login page.

Ugh it was a caps/case sensitive problem. issue solved. you can close/delete this
