Not Recieving Learning points from Soap..

I started studying soap last night before I logged off and I just logged on now and the timer for it was at 31h down from 46 and I didn't receive any learning points... can I get the points I would have had if it did work credited?

also now when I put it back in to study the timer doesn't move and it starts back at 46 hours.... can I get it replaced with a working one?

Unfortunately the timer resets when you pick items up, and you only gain learning points upon completion of study, i.e. you only get the full learning points from the 46 hours once the study item has been consumed.
