Cant install the game??? :(

Hiya

When ever i go to download the game it now shows up as just a white piece of paper icon with nothing on it. My anti virus is not quarantining it and Chrome shows it is downloading a file i can install i will post screen shot links . Any help would be very much welcomed;

Have you installed java on your computer? You need to run it in a java runtime environment. This should happen automatically, but if it doesn't: Right click, open with..., java. If you don't have java installed, there is nothing on your computer to recognize the file format.
