Strange glitch cause by leashing animals

So I was going home from community fair after trading a guy for a cow and was trying to get my raft together and I leashed my cow to a tree while in water. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L0k41SriPFM heres what happened. I at frist did move as if I was in water then later it gave me normal movespeed and running options. sorry for bad fps I literally just downloaded OBS for this

Not related to your bug but I'm wondering why you need a raft? You realize you can hearth home with animals as long as their leashed and the leash is in your inventory.

well thanks for telling me that but appeartly it wasn't the leashing, I tried to redo it. wasn't able to so it must have been the raft.
