Waterflask cannot be placed into any belt

Description:
According to Game Development: Ghost Sombrero (...) you may now place waterskins and flasks in toolbelts. However it has been noticed that, unlike Waterskin, Waterflask cannot be placed into any belt.

Expected result:
Please make sure Waterflask can be placed into a belt.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Obtain any belt (e.g. Grand Belt)
2. Obtain a waterflask
3. Access the belt
4. Try placing Waterflask into the belt

Observed Result:
Waterflask cannot be placed into the belt
