Atm, it's possible to kill snakes even with a cart moved by hands: this makes snakes farmable, even if not so fast and easy, wich is not a good thing.

No step on snek.
But really, you shouldn't be able to run over snakes with anything, because they're like too agile to get caught under a horse or a cart or a wagon or anyshit.

Any yet I run them over with the mower unexpectedly... sucks to be a snek in the grass.

@OP: all animals are farmable. That's the point of hunting alts. The issue is the ease of farming them. I'll have to agree, but then I have issue with all snakes being poisonous when only about 25% of the species are worldwide. Be nice if it were a "surprise" with some hunting/woods lore skill being able to distinguish them apart. https://www.earthsfriends.com/poisonous-snakes/

the problem in farming them with this kind of operations, is that it's incredibly easier to kill them than with weapons, and they retain the max node ql too...

Actually running over snakes would be very easy with a cart or horse, even if you don't kill it immediately the spine will be broken and it's gg for the snake. Using a metal shovel for an unarmed damage bonus should be possible too.

You mean venomous? Some bites will kill you or paralyze you quickly in real life, don't want that in haven please

venom... poison... truthfully, they're the same word--toxins that cause damage to tissues and the body, both short and long term, and can eventually cause death. The only real difference is in the "manner of delivery," and then that gets fuzzy because of the definitions of poison completely overlap with that of venom. If anything, "venom" is a specific use of the word "poison" in meaning that venom is a poison administered via injection from an animal or plant. So please, let's argue specific meanings further... It's a poisonous snake. Thank you, good bye. :ugeek:

Anyway, I'm just saying that every encounter with a snake doesn't have to be a poisonous one. Make it an event with a low enough occurrence, and maybe people will quit trying to avoid them all together when mounted. And this is iron age Germany, not Australia. :P

If anything they should be mashed to mush if you run them over, but not a big deal either way. Thanks for the report.
