not being able to find server

someone please help me, i cant seem to locate server using any haven clients or default.. i cant even get to this website with chrome, internet explorer, firefox or anything beside tor browser.. ive flushed my DNS. reinstalled windows lol. done so much and my shits just not working

As your TOR browser works but nothing else: most likely you somehow configured your system so that 'normal' (non-TOR) traffic is blocked. Might be a good idea in case you want to make sure to route everything through TOR, but that has the side effects you noticed.

Please ask on the support channels of what you installed to get TOR for support.
