Time not ticking?

I noticed today that my drying racks didn't seem to be drying anything, and also that the time wasn't progressing on my curiosity studying. I'm speculating that anything time-based isn't progressing. Is this affecting anyone else? I'm using a modded client, is it possible for a problem like this to be purely client-side?

I speculate that this is a custom client bug. You should verify all bugs you have in the default client before posting in the Bugs section. Otherwise, it needs to be taken up with the modder that made the client. (Same issue was just posted a couple days ago, too.)
