Ancestral Shrine not accepting Roast Venison

Roast Venison Q35 isn't accepted on attempt to right-click it over Shrine (q11+ was required).
(Sizzling version also didn't work)
Another silver quest item - Boxwood seed q10 in this case - was accepted

I believe this has since been resolved.
