Treeplanter's Pot can't be retrieved after dropping

This might have just been a one-off freak accident. When I was planting a tree, I accidentally dropped the pot on the same tile at the same moment. Now, it looks like the tree is growing out of the pot and it won't let me pick it up. Has this happened to anyone else?

Yeah, I've heard about this. Don't drop it, I guess, but I agree that it could use some kind of fix.

I'd suggest the same as this: viewtopic.php?f=47&t=58092#p761444

I'll note that I think the trellis interaction is probably a side effect of design and not directly intentional, but this is what I'm thinking of--some space can exist between the avatar and the object being interacted with. Downside is I know this will add some serious bugs if a lot of forethought isn't put into it, the biggest issue I predict being more wall jumps and other similar shenanigans.
