Combat lag, Feels like ping lag.

Lately, I've been experiencing lag while in combat. I was running away from a wild boar til I ran into a cliff to jump down and trap him. I tried to jump down but then the character didn't do sh*t he waited for few seconds until the boar made it to me and nearly killed me. Then my character decided to jump. I couldn't run away either because my character wasn't responsive. I highly doubt that the problem is my internet. According to speedtest.net, my ping is 7, with up and down speeds being 50Mbps.
