Hello, returning player here

I have tried launching the game through the web and amber client but both got the same result, it crashs immediately after launch. I searched the bug forum and read through similar cases but I still couldn't get it to work. I installed Java 64bit and java is up to date, I looked through my apps and I don't have plays.tv nor raptr. Other cases don't match my situation but I am not savvy enough with software tech to be sure.

Specs:
Windows 10 Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz 16.0 RAM with NVIDIA Geforce GTX 970M

Make sure you are using your gtx970m and not the intel one.
Make friends with the other crabs or try to escape the bucket.
