Miner credo quest bug.

I've used Amber Client, but I tried with both of amber and banila.

Can't give any copper with both of clients.

The mechanic for delivery quests is to take the item on the cursor, then to right-click the questgiver with it and select 'deliver' from the popup menu.
Did you try it that way?

the 'deliver' popup menu just doesn't appear.
it's just trying to make a copper stock.

You might have gotten so far without any delivery quest.

Weird, though, because I can't reproduce it. Having a Miner quest to present copper to a questgiver works perfectly fine with a copper bar for me.

Just as something to try, perhaps it just so happens that Theowina is an under-ground questgiver who just happens to be at the exact same spot as this tree.

Probably this, more than 75% of my quest trees for Minner Creedo have been on at least L1, and one was on L3.

i will try to go underground or chop the bush maybe?
