Please read viewtopic.php?f=47&t=39954 and, as stated there, please some information about your system (since you have a connection problem some details about your machines connection to the internet might be helpful).

What happens when you ping game.havenandhearth.com -c 100 (-n 100 on windows)? Please post the statistic that is printed at the end.
