Seems like this has come up before. You might be able to completely dodge this issue.
I see you're running Windows 10 on a laptop. Are you running 64 bit Java? If not, uninstall Java and reinstall the 64-bit version. You'll need to manually download from
https://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp. This may not actually fix the problem, but without this, you will still run into other problems associated with Intel GPUs even if the problem presented is fixed in other ways.
Do you have Nvidia graphics installed on your system? If so, there's an odd setting in the Nvidia graphics that sends OpenGL processing back to the integrated graphics. See this thread:
viewtopic.php?f=42&t=50999From some brief digging on the internet, this comes up after auto-updates of the graphics driver. You can either roll back Windows or you can uninstall and reinstall your drivers.
