Weapon disappeared from Belt

I had a very strange occurrence, I was filling my flask from a barrel of water, and my Battle Axe of the 12th Bay disappeared from my hunter's belt. I looked around the area, on the ground, in my inventory, etc. It simply disappeared and remained gone when I relogged to see if that helped. I saw it disappear from my belt when I took water from the barrel. Very odd.

did you carry more then 1 belt? did you confirm everywhere that you didn't just misplace it.
Do other people have access to your account and might has misplaced it on you.

No, I don't carry more than one belt, and I literally watched it disappear from my belt as I filled my water, and no one else has access to my account. (Not that it's relevant, given that I watched it disappear from my belt)

Likely J&L would have to look at the items ID that past thought your account to see where it went.
I'm not sure if they track items ID however....(as they never did in the past)

you will just have to wait for them to look thought all the bug msg's. (one of them normally does once a month)

Impossible to debug after the fact. The only thing I can think of is toolbelts and the like, or maybe you managed to drop it somehow? Sorry for your loss either way.
